Evergreen was selected as the Construction Manager at-Risk for the South Cobb High School Gymnasium in Austell, GA. Evergreen provided preconstruction services to guide material procurement through a challenging supply chain to ensure the operations of the existing high school were not disrupted during construction. The new addition includes a new 3,000-seat gymnasium + a walking track, lockers rooms, and other amenities. The older gymnasium was also repurposed into a weight room for the student-athletes.
