The Hamilton Curio by Hilton Boutique Hotel

The Hamilton Curio by Hilton Boutique Hotel Comes to Alpharetta

Alpharetta lies just 22 miles north of Atlanta. In fact, it’s only a twenty-minute drive from our office to its city center. Many of our employees live nearby, and you can often find the rest of us making our way to Alpharetta to enjoy its shops, green spaces, and restaurants.

That is why we are thrilled to bring to life Alpharetta’s first boutique hotel accommodations, The Hamilton Hotel. Situated on the corner of Milton Avenue and Old Canton Street, the hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton will feature 119 rooms, a fitness center, a retail shop and ample meeting space. While The Hamilton joins an already glowing roster of hospitality groups in Alpharetta including Aloft and Marriott, it’s signature will be its boutique size and its attention to detail.

Of course, no sophisticated hotel is complete without a corresponding restaurant, and The Hamilton will be no different. In fact, once completed, there will be retail and restaurant tenant space to accommodate up to four restaurants. Time will tell what those eateries will be, and we’ll be anxiously awaiting the big reveal.

While the excitement of a new structure is certainly something to celebrate, one of the things we’re most proud of when it comes to this project is the opportunity to marry new bells and whistles with old history and charm. The hotel sits in the heart of historic Alpharetta, and current renderings exemplify how the hotel will capture historic details while showcasing modern elements.

Beyond taking care of these historic features, we’ll also be tasked with implementing new technology, including an innovative parking solution, of which we are hoping to share more details soon.

For now, we are excited to break ground on this unique project for the city and community of Alpharetta. We know once completed, it will be a fantastic addition. Stay tuned to our blog as well as our social media for project updates!
