At Evergreen, our culture makes us who we are – A Better Construction Partner.

Evergreen is a place where people work because they want to, not because they have to. Several of our employees interned with us in college and have been with us for over 20 years. Other long-term employees have left Evergreen to pursue a family or different career path but have since returned and were welcomed back with arms wide open.

We celebrate birthdays with cake and witty banter. We attend sporting events together. We throw awesome socials. We’re co-workers; we’re friends, and ultimately, we’re family.
