Creating a company culture that makes our employees feel welcome and our clients feel confident.

Experience what makes us tick and
learn more about the ties that bind

When you ask someone at Evergreen what our company culture is, they might look at you funny. Not because they don’t understand the question, but rather because our culture is so much a part of who we are, we don’t have to define it. But since we’re sharing a few sentences about our culture, here’s what we want to say: Evergreen is a place where people work because they want to, not because they have to. Several of our employees have been with us since they interned in college, and for a few of them, that spans nearly twenty years. Other employees have left Evergreen to pursue other paths like having children or moving to other states, but those same people later returned and slipped right back into their old roles or even new ones, and we welcomed them with open arms. We celebrate birthdays with cake. We participate in charity golf tournaments. We throw epic parties. We’re co-workers; we’re friends, and ultimately, we’re family.

Community Involvement

Beyond liking each other, we also like to hang-out all while supporting our community. On any given day, you might find us participating in 5Ks, sponsoring and playing in charity golf tournaments, contributing to endowments, or even competing in a little friendly office health challenge. Below is just a snippet of our community involvement and sponsorship support:

  • Auburn University
  • Autism Kennesaw Run for Autism
  • Cobb County Schools
  • Fulton County Schools
  • Forsyth County Schools
  • March of Dimes
  • Play a Round for Austim
  • SPLOST
  • Skyland Trail
  • University of Florida
  • Others
