Ronald E. McNair Middle School
The new Ronald E. McNair Middle School epitomizes innovation in every way. The replacement school is the first Future-Ready school in the County. Future-ready schools are characteristically collaborative,
flexible, and welcoming, and those characteristics spilled over to the development team. Evergreen was highly collaborative with the full project team throughout the job. We remained flexible with the
schedule to allow more time during the planning and programming phases to ensure the design was just right before mobilizing. Our team worked in tandem with our subs to prepare look ahead schedules, following the critical path of the project to make sure we delivered on time, allowing the school time to move in and for the teachers to ready their classrooms before the first day of school.
