The Hamilton Curio by Hilton is a 119-key, 110,000 SF boutique hotel located in downtown Alpharetta. This project consisted of new construction of the hotel, guestrooms, public spaces, and tenant shell spaces. The hotel is four stories with below-grade stack parking lifts and features a fitness center, retail shops, conference rooms, restaurants, and a bowling alley, all built on an urban infill site under an acre in size.
