Susan Todd Pearson Middle School

New Facility Construction

The new Susan Todd Pearson Middle School is a new, ground-up campus located on the site of the old Cobb Horizons High School. Our team began with the demolition and removal of the old facility and preparing the site for this new 171,675 SF, a state-of-the-art middle school that is comprised of structural steel with CMU framing and a brick veneer exterior. This entire project was completed in only 11 months, which included the demolition phase as well as the blasting and removal of unforeseen rock on the site.
